Welcome to Villa del Golf 10, your perfect beachfront retreat! This fantastic modern and comfortable apartment is located in the exclusive Villa del Golf community, right next to the beautiful Platja de Pals, one of the jewels of the Costa Brava.
The apartment has a generous capacity for 8 people, distributed across 4 cosy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one with a shower and another with a bathtub). It has 6 beds: 2 double and single beds, perfect for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy themselves together.
The interior space is bright and well equipped. You will find a spacious dining room with a fireplace that creates a cosy atmosphere, a fully equipped open-plan American-style kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster and everything necessary for cooking. Additionally, it has a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Air conditioning in some bedrooms, high-speed WiFi and television for entertainment.
The terrace is the star feature of the apartment, offering spectacular views of the sea and the Medas Islands. It is the ideal place to relax, have breakfast or enjoy the sunsets. The communal garden is beautiful and perfect for peaceful walks.
The community offers direct beach access and a shared swimming pool with a children's area, ideal for cooling off on hot days. The covered parking in the same building provides you with security and comfort (maximum permitted height: 1.90 m).
Privileged location: just 10 metres from Platja de Pals with its golden sand and crystal-clear waters, 2 km from Pals Golf and 5 km from the village of Pals. A quiet and pleasant area, perfect for families seeking rest and entertainment.
Pets are welcome (up to 2) and smokers. Bed linen is included in the price. You can add towels for £5 per person. Your dream getaway awaits!
